I had a mistake with my order originally (the date was wrong on the ornament )and the seller was extremely helpful about sending me a replacement . The replacement was exactly what I needed and again the seller was just absolutely lovely.

I got lucky and mine were not damaged in shipping although the thin box was demolished. Did not receive it on time but we made it work. I thought the sellers address listed them in WA state which is why I chose this seller but it was shipped by some other company out of Los Angeles.
